Desire to learn and develop new skills Works well independently or with a team Consistent and reliable Flexible and accommodating Self motivated Time management skills Requirements:
Ability to move 50 lb.
bags, push spreaders, etc.
Ability to learn and operate lawn care equipment such as aerators (stand on & walk behind), motorized turf seeders, etc.
MA driver's license and a good driving record (3 or more years of driving experience preferred)
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn service applications such as aerations, seedings, lime, etc.
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while interacting with customers Responsible regard for customers and company property and equipment No experience required as all relevant training is provided.

Full time.
Monday - Friday.
Saturdays are encouraged to be worked during busy seasons in the Spring and Fall or if time is lost during the week to inclement weather.
Pay:
$18.
00 to $20.
00 per hour.
Starting pay is based on skills and experience, but there is plenty of room for growth and overtime.
This position is eligible for a monthly AND end of season bonus based on production.
