Customer Relationship Specialist We are looking for a skilled professional who is eager to contribute to our team's efforts.
The purpose of our Customer Relationship Specialist role is to increase the satisfaction of our customers by thoughtfully listening to and supporting their needs.
This is done by swiftly handling customer communications through a variety of innovative platforms and assisting in complete satisfaction of service.
Customer communications include all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages to and from our customers.
In addition to properly routing customer communications through the appropriate channels, the individuals in this position are a key component in keeping the organization running smoothly by accurate data entry, payment processing and account management.
Customer Relationship Specialists work directly with customers to resolve any concerns and provide solutions to improve the organizations relationships with customers.
This position desires candidates that have a positive attitude and upbeat personality, a willingness to learn new skills and improve existing ones, and the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.

High School diploma or equivalent Experience working directly with clients/customers in a high volume setting Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Strong time management skills Creative problem solving skills Strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems High attention to detail and organization A dedication to continuous learning & development Nice to Haves (but not required as we fully train team members to gain industry knowledge & improve skills!):
Knowledge in lawn care or plant health Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Experience with high incoming call volumes Comfortable using Google Workspace Perks &

Standard schedule is 40 hours Monday-Friday with flexible start times between 8-9 AM based on individual and team needs.
A few Saturday shifts are required during our busy seasons (Spring & Fall).
These are typically not full work days and are rotated through team members to accommodate individual needs and schedules.
These dates are set in advance and you will be provided a schedule ahead of time for planning purposes.
Compensation:
Starting base pay ranges from $22.
00 - $28.
00 per hour and is determined on individual skills and experience.
Employees of Lawn Doctor are paid weekly.
