Job description is as follows, but is not limited to:
Managing accounts for existing clients Account reviews to ensure the customer has their insurance needs met or exceeded Assisting with policy changes and cancellations Preparing and presenting quotes to clients/prospects Writing new business policies Upselling/account rounding for existing clients Processing/assisting with client payments Answering billing and/or coverage questions Inputting and following up with claims, as well as helping clients through the entire claim process Having or completing the required training to perform our on-site registry services Working directly with our insurance carriers and clients Working with our team of employees, bringing in new ideas, information or solutions to the table Being able to document information in our internal client database (AMS360) 3-5 years experience with P&C License and AMS360 training preferred, however, we do have positions available for those willing to obtain a P&C license and grow with our agency! Part time employment would be considered as well.
Salary commensurate with experience.
