Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is searching for an energetic Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our amazing team of clinicians that can:
o Significantly improve overall quality of life of the clients we service.
o Maintain a consistent, on-going patient case load, unlike traditional insurance-based homecare therapy models.

o Make your own schedule to maintain a true work-life balance o Educate and guide clients and families on how to use adaptive equipment, re-train motor skills, and improve daily living activities o Help modify home environment to promote safety and independence o Provide instruction to clients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and techniques o Report any changes in patient's condition or needs to the occupational therapistThis is a consistent per diem opportunity for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to perform treatments in residential settings in Hingham and the surrounding area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of patients in their home environment.
You will be responsible for providing a variety of occupational therapy services to patients that are tailored to meet their individual needs.
This will involve working closely with occupational therapists to treat patients as well as providing education and support to patients and their families.

62/mile Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
o Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
o Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
o COVID- 19 vaccination is required of our staff.
