Customer Relations Representative We are looking for a career oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our team's efforts.
The purpose of a Customer Relations Representative role is to maintain an open line of communication with customers in order to determine and support their needs.
This is done by swiftly handling customer communications through a variety of innovative platforms and assisting in complete satisfaction of service.
Customer communications include all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages to and from our customers.
In addition to properly routing customer communications through the appropriate channels, the individuals in this position are a key component in keeping the organization running smoothly by accurate data entry, payment processing and account management.
Customer Relations Representatives work directly with management to resolve any issues and provide recommendations to the organization that aim to improve relationships with customers.
This position desires candidates that have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new skills and improve existing ones, and the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Must Haves:
High School diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Well-ordered and organized A dedication to continuous learning & development Nice to Haves (but not required as we fully train team members to gain industry knowledge & improve skills!):
Knowledge in lawn care or plant health Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Experience with high incoming call volume Comfortable using Google Workspace Perks &

These dates are set in advance and you will be provided a schedule ahead of time for planning purposes.
Compensation:
Starting base pay ranges from $19.
00 - $21.
00 per hour and is determined on individual skills and experience.
